General Requirements:

1. A storefront is required.  No online businesses.  You will need to include a photo of your store with application. The store must have regular hours of operation and be open to the general public.
2. We will need a copy of your current Sales Tax License.
3. We will need a copy of your company land line phone bill.
4. The items listed in 1, 2 & 3 will need to accompany a completed application.  We will be glad to either mail, email, or fax one to you.
5. We don't require that our retailers have a current website, but prefer that you do.
6. We do not offer terms.  Payment is 50% at the time of order and the final balance is due before it will be shipped.
7. Minimum order of $100 for the first order, no minimum for following orders.  
8. We offer free shipping for orders over $250, all other orders will charged a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping and handling.
9. Wholesale discounts are available once you become a dealer.
